With this great quote by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry we would like to open our presentation, who we are and what we do at Ûrbanites.
The real estate business has become a hotchpotch where “anything goes”. The good economic times in a country like ours (which bases its economy in tourism and bricks) with the increase of the prices on properties has helped the growth and appearance of more and more real estate agencies. To trust the rent or sale of a property seems sometimes like a lottery because the client needs to decide whom to trust without knowing in most cases the professionalism and ethical standards of an agency.
We often come across potential clients who claim not to trust real estate agencies because of previous bad experiences and feeling in lots of cases deceived by a specific agency. To switch back from that experience is very complicated because the most important thing in a relationship has been damaged: trust.
